All other agencies in the service area should be encouraged to utilize <br />the coordinated, transportation system so as to increase opportunities <br />for more ridesharing and cost sharing; <br /> <br />The local Transportation Development Plan (TDP) shall be updated <br />periodically (at a minimum, annually) to reflect changes in agency <br />participation, and these changes will be coordinated with the N£DOT <br />Public Transportation Division and the local transportation advisory <br />board. Upon completion by all parties, this Memorandum of Understanding <br />will serve as an official addendum to the local TDP; <br /> <br />HSTM funds are to be used exclusively to assist in funding seventy-five <br />percent (75%) of the salary and fringe of a full or part-time <br />transportation coordination position, not to exceed $18,750 annually <br />($9,375 for six months) for a full-time position.
