For the damage to the remainder and defendants' <br />appraisal and attorney fees with respect thereto, the sum of <br />$45,000.00. <br /> <br /> 5. The Award represents fair, full and just compensa- <br />tion for the taking of the defendants' property, described in <br />Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> Based upon the foregoing Findings of Fact, the Court <br />makes the following: <br /> <br /> CONCLUSIONS OF LAW <br /> <br /> 1. The Plaintiff was entitled to acquire and did <br />acquire on the 8th day of February 1993, the property of the <br />defendants as described in Exhibit A. <br /> <br /> 2. By and with the consent of the parties affixed, <br />Plaintiff is entitled to Final Judgment in this matter, as set <br />forth in Paragraphs 1, 2, and 4 above. <br /> <br /> 3. These proceedings, as appear from the pleadings, <br />are regular in all respects, and no reason exists for not <br />granting the plaintiff's motion that final judgment be entered. <br /> <br /> 4. Except as expressly set forth in this Judgment, the <br />defendants are entitled to no further relief from the plaintiff <br />as the result of the taking of the Tract. <br /> <br /> Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions <br />of Law, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED THAT: <br /> <br /> <br />
