The franchise renewal proposal by Wtsion Cable has been received and is currently <br />being reviewed Several extensions are requested to allow time for the completion of this work. <br />The current cable television franchise will end on December 31, 1994. The terms of <br />appointment for Cable Franchise Commission members Thomas Dwiggins and Ken Olio-Mills <br />will end on December 31, 1994. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />(~1) Extend the cable television franchise with Vision Cable until .dpdl 30, 1995. <br />(B) Extend the terms of appointment for Mr. Dwiggins and Mr. Ollo-Milis as members of the <br /> Cable Franchise Commission until April 30, 1995. <br /> <br />Attachments..X Yes __.No <br /> <br />Expected Length of Presentation <br /> <br />Has this been reviewed by the Budget Director?
