ICABARRUS COUNh'I
~ORTH CAROLINA

MEMORANDL~

TO:

FROM:

DATE:

SUBJECT:

John V. Witherspoon/County Manager
Mike Byrd/Transportation Planner
December 16, 1992

Section 18 grant resolution

Attached is a copy of the Section t8 resolution required for the
Section 18 grant application. I would like to have the
Commissioners act on this resolution at their first meeting in
January, 1993.

The application is to be turned in to the North Carolina Department
of Transportation by 3anuary 15, 1993. This resolution must be
included with the submittal of the application. The application
will be for five additional vans, at a total cost to the County of
$21,235. The submittal of this application does not commit the
County to make that expenditure, simply to be eligible for the
program in FY 1993-94.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Planning and Zoning Department

P.O.
