Box <br />Concord, NC 28026-0707 <br /> <br />Dear Chairman Carpenter and the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners, <br /> <br /> As the out-going veterinary representative, I would like <br />to submit to you that Dr. Mark Stehr has received the solid <br />endorsement of the overwhelming majority of veterinarians in <br />Cabarrus County as the new veterinary representative for the <br />Cabarrus County Board of Health. <br /> <br /> In giving our firm approval and substantial support to Dr. <br />Stehr, we recognize the energy, intelligence and enthusiasm that <br />he will bring to the Board. Furthermore, we acknowledge that <br />his participation on the Board of Health will be an asset to <br />the community.
