C. 28025 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Witherspoon: <br /> <br />I am enclosing a copy of a letter received in my office <br />yesterday along with the forms to certify CCM as an <br />eligible agency to receive state funding through Emergency <br />Shelter Grants Program. As you will see it requires the <br />certification of county government to accompany the other <br />documents. A sample copy of that certification is enclosed. <br />It should be typed on to official stationary. I have com- <br />piled all the other documents and will mail the packet as <br />soon as the certification from your office can be obtained. <br /> <br />I will be out of town (visiting other shelters in Greensboro <br />and Durham Thursday and Friday and in Raleigh over the weekend) <br />so time is of the essence since the material needs to be back in <br />Raleigh by Feb. 19. Could you expedite this matter? I could <br />come down and pick up the County's certification tomorrow if <br />it can be readied by then.
