ICABARRUSCOUNTYI <br /> ~gRIH CAROLINA <br />March 30, 1993 <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: Board of Commissioners <br /> <br />FROM: Sue Casper <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Appointments to the Emergency Medical Services Study Council <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners by resolution on March 15, 1993 officially established <br />the Emergency Medical Services Council with members to be appointed to represent a <br />number of organizations and various areas of the county. At this time, I would like to <br />recommend that the Board appoint the following members to the Study Council. <br /> <br />Board of Commissioners <br />County Manager's Office - <br />First Responder's Advisory Board <br /> President <br />Emergency Management Department - <br />EMS Medical Director - <br /> Alternate - <br />Fire Chiefs Association President - <br />County Sheriffs Department - <br />One Representative from each EMS District (6) - <br /> <br />Sue Casper <br />John Day <br /> <br />Ed Phillips <br />Ben Mabrey <br />Dr. Harold Miller <br />Dr. Kenneth Welch <br />Harvey Morris <br />Sheriff Robert Canaday <br /> <br /> John Crump - 3370 Pine Bluff Road, Midland (Area 954) <br /> Guy E. Hutchens, Jr. - 929 Red Fox Lane, Concord (Area 953) <br /> Jeff Allman - 8125 Highway 49 N, Mt. Pleasant (Area 952) <br /> James S.
