Rowell to the Board of Directors of the Water and Sewer <br />Authority of Cabarrus County will expire at the annual meeting in June, 1993. Please advise <br />the Authority of your appointment by April 18, so the individual appointed can participate in the <br />budgeting process. <br /> <br /> Cabarrus County may reappoint Mr. Rowell for a full term.
