Griffith & Associates, Ltd. (DMG) is pleased to submit this contract <br />to assist your county in the preparation and negotiation of its indirect cost allocation <br />plan. The contracts are being submitted earlier this year in order to assist with your <br />budget preparation. As you can readily see, there is no fee increase projected in this <br />contract:~ <br /> <br /> In past years, DMG has only offered single year contracts to prepare the cost <br />allocation plan. In an attempt to assist our clients, we are pleased to offer a three-year <br />contract for the preparation of the plan. The current fee will remain the same through <br />the preparation of the FYE 6-30-95 cost plan. By offering a multi-year contract, local <br />governments will have a better opportunity of projecting future financial requirements <br />and we will have an opportunity to provide qualified staff to assure timely completion <br />of the engagement. <br /> <br /> Please call me ff you have any questions or changes regarding this contract.
