C. 28026-0707 <br /> <br />Subject: Propst Property Development Plan - <br /> SR 1432 - Cabarrus County <br /> <br />I have reviewed the development plan for the Propst property and have the <br />following cc~ments which should be incorporated into these plans: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Right of way widths on SR 1432 (Concord Farms Road) should be <br />70'. This will provide for additional lanes as they are needed <br />for this development. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Weddington Road (SR 1431) should have a right of way width of <br />70'. This will be for additional turn lanes as needed at the <br />entrance to Concord Farms Road. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />The curve on Concord Farms Road needs to be straightened. This <br />needs to be corrected and new alignment recorded on the plat. <br />By doing this, this curve can be corrected as development <br />progresses, either by D.O.T. or by the developer. <br /> <br />4) Adequate turn lanes will need to be provided on US 29 at its <br /> intersection with Concord Farms Road. <br /> <br />5) As development occurs Concord Farms Road will need to be <br /> widened and resurfaced as needed. <br /> <br />If additional cc~nents are needed, please feel free to give me a call. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Larry N.
