CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Emergency Medial Services personnel provide essential lifesaving medical <br /> care to the citizens of Cabarrus County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />several hundred emergency medical technicians, paramedics, emergency room <br />physicians and nurses are involved in providing emergency care around the <br />clock; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a large number of these individuals unselfishly volunteer their time to provide <br /> this valuable service; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, recognition is due these individuals who serve on behalf of all Cabarrus <br /> County residents. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners does hereby proclaim the week of May 23 - 29, 1993 as <br /> <br />CABARRUS COUNTY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES WEEK <br /> <br />so that we may express our appreciation to the many dedicated individuals who provide <br />emergency care to the citizens of Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />This the 3rd day of May, 1993. <br /> <br />Carolyn B.
