Comments have been good for most meals during the past <br />quarter, and favorable with the participants and site staff. <br /> <br />#12. The billing periods for the past month have not been <br />accurate and clear. The invoices must show the specific billing <br />dates and number of meals delivered to each site. This makes is <br />easier to verify billing since we order for each site. Please <br />make these necessary billing corrections. <br /> <br />~14. We have problems with you not providing your facility <br />health inspection reports. The contract specifically states that <br />the "Caterer must submit to Purchaser a copy of each health <br />inspection during the contract period". This can be found on <br />page 8 of the contract. <br /> <br /> <br />
