These items should be declared surplus property by the <br />Cabarrus County Board of Cormmissioners and sold at public auction. The Board <br />of Co~issioners will need to appoint the auctioneer for this public auction. <br /> <br />Also attached is a list of abandoned and/or unclaimed property from the <br />Cabarrus County Sheriff's Department to be sold at the auction. According to <br />Sheriff Robert M.
