PARKER <br /> <br />DATE: MAY 18, 1993 <br /> <br />Dear Cabarrus County Commissioners, <br /> It is with regret 'that I submit my resignation as Vice <br />Chairman from the Cable Franchise Commission of Cabarrus County. <br />I have accepted an exciting Opportunity as a Vice President for <br />Banc One Corporation in Columbus, Ohio and will be relocating with <br />my family over the next 30 days.
