Solid Waste Management - Continued to pursue and develop a collection program <br /> for syringes used at home, Several pharmacies in the Region are now offering a <br /> collection system for used sharps, Continued to conduct monthly meeting for solid <br /> '-._: ": waste managers, recycling coordinators and public works personnel, to discuss <br /> current topics, provide legislative updates, disseminate information and address <br /> current concerns, <br /> <br />Building Permit Project - Prepared the First Quarter 1993 Building Permit Report. <br />Collection of 1990-92 information ongoing. <br /> <br />Data Center - Continued to monitor and collect statistical information relating to <br />municipalities and counties within the Region and State.
