Licensee of any of the terms, covenants, or conditions herein contained shall not be construed as a waiver, of any terms, covenants, or conditions herein contained, but only a waiver of the particular breach, and Railway may at any time thereafter exercise it's rights as herein provided upon the subsequent breach by Licensee of any of the terms, covenants, or conditions of this agreement. 14.
