Little: <br /> <br />Tills letter Is to explain the effect that Project 8.7366001 will have on Parcel #005 <br />and Parcel #007 located on Cabarrus Avenue. Both parcels are owned by Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />The Cabarrus County Social Service Offices are located on Parcel 005. This parcel <br />contains 22,8 acres Of whicll 940 sq. ft. lS tO be acquired for a permanent drainage <br />.easement and 4,356 sq. fL. for a temporary construction easement. The permanent <br />drainage easement will connect with the oortllaast parking lot, ~owever, it will not <br />subtract from any parking area. The temporary construction easement wlll be null and <br />void after construction is completed. As the plans for thls project show, curbing will <br />be constructed along the flnlshe~ road. <br /> <br />Tile Cabarrus County Health Department Is located on Parcel 007. This parcel contains <br />five acres of which 4,791 sq, ft. Is to be acquired as right of way and 3,250 sq. ft. <br />is to be acquired as temporary construction easement. Witllln the right of way to be <br />acquired exists several improvements that you have requested to be allowed to stay as <br />is. Ny supervisor, James A. Nest, spoke with Cathy Metzler, Project Design Engineer. <br />She Informed Hr. West that the curbing ct the parking lot and the two extensions of the <br />parking lot will be left undisturbed.
