She has indicated <br />that she would like to remain on the Nursing Home Community Advisory Committee <br />and has completed all required training for this committee at this time. <br /> <br />**Ms. Barbara Hammonds was appointed on April 5, 1993 to replace Ms. Jamie <br />Tucker who could not serve due to health problems. Ms. Hammonds has declined <br />the appointment and vacancy currently exists on the committee. The new <br />appointment should be for an initial period of one year unless the appointee <br />has previously served on the committee and completed the required training. <br />If so, the appointment would be to complete the unexpired term ending December <br />31, 1995. <br /> <br /> <br />
