Phase IV <br /> <br />Several events take place simultaneously during this phase. CRT Systems <br />will be processing return remittances for the first invoice mailing and <br />back-fill invoice mailings, whose costs have been included in the cost <br />recaps of Phases I through HI (except the manual entry fee for back-fill <br />processing). <br />At the same time, daily processing commences to perform file <br />maintenance and accumulate information necessary to perform an <br />invoice mailing projected for September 1, I994 for the 1995 year license <br />tags. <br /> <br />Back Fill Processing <br /> <br />Starting immediately after receiving initial data from the Hospitals/Clinics, <br />file maintenance must commence. Transactions will be received through <br />Rabies Reporting by the Veterinary Clinics, and the receipt of Status <br />Change/Request forms. A manual entry rate of $1.25 will apply for these <br />transactions. <br /> <br />Some of these transactions will generate additional invoices, when mailed on <br />December 31, 1993, while others will just update the database.
