ICABASI]US COUN I <br /> <br />MEMO <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />Mr. John Witherspoon <br /> <br />Louis Partain, Program Coordinator~ <br />Eleanor Koski, Director~. <br /> <br />July 1, 1993 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: WEATHERIZATION WORK <br /> <br />We are presently completing a house on Hopewell Church Road, <br />Midland, N.C. under the Home Program administered by Mr. Bob Stark. <br />We did this to bring in revenue for the county and to keep our crew <br />working through June 30. <br /> <br />We have completed an estimate on another house for the Home <br />Program. This house is located on Flowes Store Road in Concord. <br />We are very much interested in working on this house as it would <br />increase revenue for the county and extend the length of time our <br />crew could continue working during the new fiscal year. During <br />this season of the year, there are sometimes snakes and spiders <br />under older houses where our weatherization crew work. Work on <br />this house would mean that our crew would not be presently crawling <br />under these older houses. ~. <br /> <br />In order to work on this house we will need another $5,~00 added <br />into the material line item. This would cover material and sub- <br />contractor cost.
