Humann APPOINTMENT: 9/91 <br />201 South East Avenue <br />Kannapolis, North Carolina 28083 TERM EXPIRING: 9/30/93 <br />932-1751 <br /> <br />The term for the one member appointed by the Board of County Commissioners <br />expires on September 30, 1993. However, the Administrative Office of the <br />Courts is sponsoring a workshop in Statesville on July 28, and it is requested <br />that the Board make its appointment at this time. This will provide the <br />opportunity for the County's appointee to participate in the workshop along <br />with the other two Jury Commission members. There is no registration fee and <br />Nancy Griggs, Assistant Clerk of Court, will also be attending. She has <br />offered to provide transportation he members to attend the workshop. <br /> <br />In addition, Ms. Griggs has informed us that Ms. Humann, current member, had <br />very limited participation in the work by the Jury Commission in 1991. <br /> <br />G.S. 9-2 <br /> <br />It is requested that the two-year term of appointment be for the period <br />July 1, 1993 through June 30, 1995. <br /> <br /> <br />
