NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br />LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS LEASH AGREEMENT, made and executed this day of <br /> <br /> , 1993, by and between CABARRUS COUNTY, a <br />political subdivision in the State of North Carolina (hereinafter <br />"County") , and THE CABARRUS COUNTY AGRICULTURAL FAIR, INC., a North <br />Carolina corporation (hereinafter "Fair"); <br /> <br /> W I TN E S S E T R; <br /> <br /> FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants and <br />agreements hereinafter set forth, County leases to Fair and Fair <br />takes and leases from County all that real property lying within <br />the 14.20-acre tract described and identified as Tract i on <br />"Exhibit A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference <br />(hereinafter sometimes referred to as the "Demised Premises"); <br /> <br /> Fair shall have and hold the Demised Premises subject to the <br />following covenants and conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. Term. The term of this Lease shall commence on August 1, <br />1993 and shall expire on July 31, 1994. This Lease shall <br />automatically renew from year to year upon the same terms and <br />conditions unless either party hereto shall have given the other <br />written notice of its desire to terminate the Lease one year prior <br />to the expiration of the Lease. <br /> <br /> 2.
