Frasier Mullen <br />Junior at Northwest Cabarrus High School <br /> <br /> The Recrea%ion Department has done so much for me ever <br />since I started playing sports. They have provided me and <br />others with a place to play, and they have given us much <br />support and encouragement. Since I have played many years of <br />basketball, soccer, and softball through Parks and <br />Recreation; I feel that serving on the board would be a way <br />of giving something back to an organization that has given so <br />much to me.
