A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the County <br />of Cabarrus, North Carolina, wa~ held at $:45 P.M., on September 7, <br />1993, in the Commissioners' Meeting Room in the Cabarrus County <br />Governmental Center in Concord, North Carolina, the regular place <br /> <br />of meeting. <br /> <br /> Present: <br />Commissioners <br /> <br />Chairman Carolyn B. Carpenter, presiding, and <br /> <br /> Absent: <br /> * * * * * · <br /> <br /> The Chairman announced that this was the date and hour fixed <br />by the Board of Commissioners for the public hearing upon the order <br />entitled: "ORDER AUTHORiZING $40,000,000 REFUNDING BONDS" and that <br />the Board of Commissioners would immediately hear an];one who might <br />wish to be heard on the question of the validity of ~aid orde~ or <br />the advisability of issuing said bonds. <br /> <br /> NO one appeared, either in person or by attorney, to be heard <br />on the question of the validity of said order or the advi~ability <br />of issuing said bonds and the Clerk to the Board of Cor~missioners <br />announced that no written statement relating to said question~ had <br />been received. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> <br />
