URS analyzes companies' utility bills, ferrets out errors and rate <br />discrepancies, and is paid based on the amount which they would save the County. Because of the <br />technical nature of this business, I have asked Mr. Steven Mann to attend the Board of <br />Commissioner's meeting for a short explanation of his services. I have reviewed this proposal with <br />the County Manager and it is our belief that this would be a worth while undertaking. Fletcher <br />Hartsell has reviewed the contract and will address any concerns that you may have relating to <br />this consulting agreement. <br /> <br />If the Board wishes to pursue this project, please initiate the attached contract. <br /> <br /> <br />
