Began preparation of SYETP monitoring reports. <br /> <br />Prepared and mailed 1993 Title II-B SYETP Contract Amendment (to incorporate <br />additional funding) for the following Cabarrus County service providers: Employment <br />Security Commission. <br /> <br />Conducted meeting of Centralina Private Industry Council (PIC) and Job Training <br />Consortium at Centralina COG on August 24. Attended by Cabarrus County PIC members <br />(Tonia Black-Gold, Jim Lunsford) and Consortium member Ken Payne. <br /> <br />Conducted PY 93 Workforce Preparedness meeting for Cabarrus County human service <br />providers on August 23 at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College South campus in <br />Concord. <br /> <br />Assisted Division of Employment & Training (DET) and U.S. Department of Labor <br />(USDOL) staff in review of Program Year 90 NCETGP Fund 3590 program operations at <br />Centralina on August 17. <br /> <br />Attended Governor's Block O Adjustment workshop for Performance Standards in Raleigh <br />on August 24. <br /> <br />Conducted meeting of North Carolina Job Training Administrators Association at Research <br />Triangle Park on August 26-27. <br /> <br />Participated in Board of Directors meeting of North Carolina Association of Job Training <br />Professionals in Raleigh on August 27. <br /> <br />Reviewed, processed, and corrected Monthly Performance Reports from program <br />contractors. <br /> <br />Provided technical assistance to JTPA/NCETGP contractor staff. <br /> <br />Processed Monthly Financial Status Reports and Requests for Funds from program <br />contractors. <br /> <br /> <br />
