Little, Director <br />Cabarrus County Parks and Recreation Department <br /> <br />Proposed Revisions in Frank Liske Park Ordinances <br /> <br />This letter is in reference to your memo dated August llth concerning your agreement to <br />recommend to the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners a revision in the Frank Liske <br />Park Ordinance prohibiting Deep Fryers and Grease Pots at Frank Liske Park. <br /> <br />The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners in its meeting on July 22, 1993 adopted the <br />following amendment to "An Ordinance Regulating The Use Of Frank Liske Park": <br /> <br />Approved Amendment: <br /> <br />Thank <br /> <br />pc: <br /> <br />SECTION 7: Camping, Fires, Picnic Areas. <br /> <br /> It shall be unlawful to: <br /> <br />3. Bring deep fat frying or grease pots into the park except in a UL approved <br /> cooker or under conditions specified by the County Manager. <br /> <br /> PROPOSED AMENDMENT: <br /> <br />SEC-'TION 7: Camping, Fires, Pic.nic areas. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful to: <br /> <br />3.
