We ~ill provide collection, processing, and marketing of recyclables co =he aforementioned 14,000 homes currently in =he recycling program of the County for $2,06 per home, per month. We propose =o begin this service by November 1, 1993, with an initial three year contract term. In addi=ion, BFI will, if the County elects, provide aurh~i~e reayaling services tO ~y~nah.ise customer's as outlined in our previous proposal. When BFI was ini:lally contacted with regard to pickin~ up this service =o the 14,000 currently-served Cabarrus customers, we propose~ to begin service on October 18, 1993, a~ your current pric~ of $.97 per home, per month, which prier ws ware prepared =c offer un~il Ju~e 30, ~994, so as co a;~$~ you with a~7 budget ~efiaits you .might incur due to =he aisrupted contract. The difference between $2.06 and $.97 per home, per mon:h would he deferred until July 1, 1994, at which time blllin~ =o Cabarrus County would be $2,31 per home, per month.
