AMENDMENT Coddle Creek Reservoir' October 22, 1993 Page 9 5.1.3.1.4 For Construction Contract Administration and Resident Field Representation Services related to the Clearing Contract Period extending beyond January 5, 1993 and through October 3 I, 1993, payment shall be a LUMP SUM of Eighty-Nine Thousand Dollars and 00/100 Cents ($89,000). Amend Paragraph 5.1.3.2.3 under SECTION 5 - PAYMENTS TO THE ENGINEER as follows: 5.1.3.2 Mitigation Plan 5.1.3.2.3. For post-construction phase (monitoring and maintenance), the amount and method of compensation shall be as described below. 5.1.3.2.3. I. Monitoring. The estimated manhours for each monitoring event through the monitoring contract period of March 15, 1993 to December 31, 1999 are shown in Exhibit B. For monitoring services during the period April 19, 1993 through June 30, 1994, payment shall be a LUMP SLIM of One Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($126,000.00). Thereafter, for the remainder of the monitoring contract period ending December 31, 1999, the required manhours and fee will be reviewed and negotiated on an annual basis. Should the monitoring period extend beyond the final report submittal date of December 31, 1999, the fee shall be adjusted as mutually agreed to accommodate additional scope required to comply with the 404 permit. 5.1.3.2.3.2. Maintenance. For oversight of maintenance activities associated with mitigation areas, payment shall be computed on a per diem basis as per paragraph 5.1.4. 5.1.4 Additional Environmental Services 5.1.4.1 For Phase II Planting Coordination during January-March 1994, payment shall be a LUMP SUM of Twenty-Eight Thousand, Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($28,500.00).
