Day, Budget Officer <br /> <br />October 26, 1993 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Lease Proposals for Home Health Agency Office <br /> <br />At the October 4 Board of Commissioners meeting, staff recommended your acceptance of the <br />lowest of the following proposals for office space for the Home Health Agency: <br /> <br />Jeffrey C. Carpenter & Company - Branchview Plaza Shopping Center <br />9,443 sq. ft. (charged only for 9,000 sq. ft) x $7.60 per sq. fi.. = $68,400 <br /> <br />Craven & Company Realtors - LePhillip Park <br />8,000 sq. ft. x $12.50 per sq. ft. = $100,000 plus exterior maintenance <br /> <br />Copperfield Plaza, Inc. - Copperfield Place <br />8,000 sq. ii. x $9.90 per sq. ft. = $79,200 <br /> <br />At that meeting, you directed staffto advertise for bids to ensure all interested parties had an <br />opportunity to prepare a proposal. A request for proposals (RFP) appeared in the Concord <br />Tribune and Daily Independent on October 8, 1993. A RFP was also sent to the Cabarms County <br />Association of Realtors. The following proposals were received: <br /> <br />Jeffrey C. Carpenter & Company - Branchview Plaza Shopping Center <br />9,443 sp. fi.
