THE ORDINANCE. A VIOLATION OF ANY SECTION OF THE MOBILE <br />HOME PARK ORDINANCE AND THE CORRECTION THEREOF WILL B~: <br /> <br />THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARK OWNER(S). <br /> <br />D. Sanitary Facilities~ Water Supply, Garbage Collections ~ Utilities: <br /> <br />In every mobile home park, all utility installations shall comply with applicable <br />building and health codes of Cabarrus County and the State of North Carolina, and <br />the requirements of the North Carolina Utilities Commission. <br /> <br />(1) Utilities Installation: All utilities shall be installed underground <br />except where adequately documented conditions of topography make <br />this requirement unreasonable. <br /> <br />(2) UTILITIES - MOBILE HOME SPACE: Each mobile home space shall <br />be equipped with water and sanitary sewer connections grouped into a <br />utility core which is designed and installed in accordance with the <br />applicable provisions of the Cabarrus County Building Regulations. <br /> <br />(3) Electrical Supply: A minimum of 100 amperes, 120-240 volt single <br />phase electrical supply shall be provided to each mobile home space, <br />terminating in approved mobile home service parcels uniformly installed <br />throughout the park. <br /> <br />(4) Mobile Home Equipment: Each mobile home shall be required to <br />connect with the utilities provided at each mobile home space. <br /> <br />(5) Water Supply: Each mobile home shall obtain water from a public <br />water supply or state approved community well system. The water <br />sup]ply and pressure shall be adequate for the park requirements. <br />Water for drinking, cooking, laundry and general sanitary uses for <br />each individual mobile home shall be obtained only from faucets or other <br />plumbing connections located within each mobile home. <br /> <br />(6) Sewage and Disposal: Each mobile home park shall be provided <br />with adequate sewage disposal system, either by public sewer or state <br />approved package treatment system. All wastes from toilets, showers, <br />bathtubs, lavatories, wash basins, refrigerator drains, sinks, faucets, <br />and water-using appliances not herein mentioned shall be piped into the <br />mobile home park sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />(7) Garbage Disposal: All garbage and refuse in each mobile home <br />park shall be stored in suitable water proof and rodent proof <br />receptacles which shall be kept covered with tight fitting lids. All <br />garbage and refuse shall be regularly disposed of in a sanitary manner <br />acceptable to the Cabarrus County Health Department.
