<br />~esidential Unit - A dwelling within the boundaries of
<br />the County which is occupied by a person or gro%lp of

<br />person~ comprising not more ~han four (4) f-~ilies. A
<br />condominium dwelling, whether of single or multi-level
<br />
<br />construc~ion, consisting of four or less contiguou~ or
<br />
<br />separate ~ingl~-famil~ dwellin~ u~i~s, =hal% be ~oa~ea
<br />as a ~esldentlal Unit, except that each single-family
<br />
<br />dwelling within any such Residential Unit shall be
<br />counted separately as a Residential Unit.

<br />All waste wood, wood product~, tree tr~ings,

<br />gra~scutting~, dead plants, weeds, leaves, dead trees or
<br />br~nches =hereof, chips, shavings, sawdust, printed
<br />
<br />matter, paper, pasteboard, rags, straw, used and
<br />discarded mattresses, u~ed and discarded clothing, used
<br />and discarded shoes and~oocs, combus=ible waste pulp and
<br />other products such as are used for packaging, or
<br />wrapping crockery and glass, ashes, cinders, floor
<br />swe~pinpe, glass, mlneral or metallic substances, and a~y
<br />and all other waste materials not included in the
<br />definiCion of Bulky Waste, Construction Debris, Dead
<br />Animal~, Carbago, or Hazerd~us Waste.

<br />2. ~rant of Franchise.

<br />The County hereby gives, grants and award~ to BPI the
<br />exclusive right and franchise to pickup, collect,'
<br />transport, and dispose of ~effu~e £rom &ll Re~idential
<br />Units within the county, subject to the tez]ns and
<br />conditions contained herein:

<br />commencing on the Effective Date, BFI shall collect and
<br />dispose of in a workmanlike manner once per week
<br />Residential Refuse placed in 90-gallon cart~
