All insurance shall be by insurers acceptable to,he County and before commencement of work hereunder BFI agrees to furnish the County certi£ica%es of insurance or other evidence~atisfactory to the County to the effect ~at such insurance has been procured and is in force. The certificates shall contain the following ex~re~ obligatlons~ "This is to certify that the policies of insurance described hereL~ have been issued to the insured for whom this certificate is executed and are in force at this.time. In the event of cancellation or material change in a policy affec~ing the .certificate holder, thirty (30~ days prior written ~otice will be given the certifiuate holder." The certificates shall also na~e the COt~lty as an additional insured to the ex=ent of the negligence or misconduct of BFI.
