ZONING ORDINANCE AND ATLAS FOR CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br />The Board of Commissioners will review for adoption the new Cabarrus County <br />Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Atlas. The new ordinance and atlas are a complete <br />revision of the original ordinance and atlas adopted in 1982. <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously voted to approve both the <br />ordinance and accompanying zoning map. <br /> <br />FEE SCHEDULE AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />The page that follows represents fee schedule amendments which relate to various <br />provisions of the new zoning ordinance. No public hearing is needed but <br />approval of the fees is required.
