Item 2, Unfinished Business <br /> <br />The proposed attached Amendment to the Engineering Services Agreement provides for <br />additional professional fees for contract administration services and a revised scope of work and <br />a new fee authorization for environmental services as follows: <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />during construction in the amount of $69,125; <br />during extended construction period related to: <br />a. engineering in the amount of $90,715; <br />b. mitigation in the amount of $28,500; and <br />new Mitigation Monitoring Program fees thru FY 93-94 in the a <br />$126,000. <br /> <br />Portions of the above should be recoverable from the Contractor due to their actions and or <br />delays in project completion. These include $12,070 of item 1 and approximately $83,500 of <br />item 2.a. <br /> <br /> <br />
