CAROLINA <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />~ROM: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Mr. John Witherspoon/County Manager <br /> <br />Mike Byrd/Transportation Planner~r%~ <br /> <br />January 8, 1992 <br /> <br />Resolution for Section 18 Grant Funding <br /> <br />Attached is a draft copy of the resolution required to submit a <br />Section 18 grant to NCDOT to receive vans through this program. <br /> <br />As you are probably aware, the County acquires new vans at 20 <br />percent of their cost through the Section 18 program. The Section <br />18 grant for this year must be submitted to NCDOT by February 14, <br />1992.
