ARTICLE X. TERMINATION <br /> <br />In accordance with N.C.G.S. 160A-464(9), the undersigned units of local government <br />may request termination of this agreement at any time upon six months prior written <br />notice, such termination to be effective when the Governor considers SDA redesignation <br />at the end of the current two-year program. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE XI.
