V E <br />NOV 0 5 3991 <br /> <br /> Office of <br /> <br />The Nursing Home Committee will have five vacancies in December. <br />Fred Eugene Green has been unable to serve due to his work and has <br />asked me to inform you of his resignation. Ernestine Irvin has <br />also asked to resign and Ruby St. John has asked not to be <br />reappointed. <br /> <br />James Gillespie and Patty Propst are willing to be reappointed. <br />They have both been active and diligent volunteers and we would <br />encourage their reappointment. (see attached letter from Mr. Gillespie declinin <br /> reappointment) <br />The Domiciliary Home Committee will have four vacancies. Frances <br />Long is not eligible to be reappointed and LeRoy Kelsey has not <br />been able to participate due to his work.
