The Articles of Incorporation of the Authority in <br />substantially the form set forth in Section 2 of this resolution <br />shall be executed on behalf of the Town of Harrisburg by its Mayor <br />and the corporate seal of said Town shall be affixed thereto and <br />attested by the Town Clerk, and the Town Clerk is hereby authorized <br />and directed to file with the Secretary of State of North Carolina <br />a certified copy of this resolution, together with proof of <br />publication of the notice of public hearing upon this resolution, <br /> <br /> <br />
