I, Lynda M. Boger, Town Clerk of the Town of Harrisburg, North <br />Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true copy of so <br />much of the proceedings of the Town Council of said Town at a <br />meeting held on January 22, 1992, as relates in any way to the <br />introduction and passage on first reading of a resolution <br />concerning the organization of the Water and Sewer Authority of <br />Cabarrus County and the calling of a public hearing upon said <br />resolution and that said proceedings are recorded in Minute Book <br /> <br />No. of the minutes of said Town Council, beginning at page <br /> <br /> and ending at page <br /> I DO HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFY that notice of said meeting of <br /> <br />said Town Council, signed by the Mayor and stating that a special <br />meeting of said Town Council would be held at 5:30 P.M. on January <br />22, 1992, in the Town Hall at 105 N.C. Highway 49, South in <br />Harrisburg, North Carolina, concerning the introduction and passage <br />on first reading of a resolution concerning the organization of the <br />Water and Sewer Authority of Cabarrus County and the calling of a <br />public hearing upon said resolution, was, at least six hours before <br />said meeting, delivered to each Council member or left at his~or <br />her usual dwelling place and, at least 48 hours before said <br />meeting, posted on the principal bulletin board of said Town <br />Council and mailed or delivered to each newspaper, wire service, <br />radio station, television station and person that had filed with me <br />a written request for notice pursuant to G.S. §143-318.12. <br /> <br /> <br />
