C.) Budqet Adjustments <br /> <br /> Budget line item expenditures must conform with the approved budget as <br />outlined above for each subpart A and B. During the contract period, a Request <br />for Budget Revision (line item transfer) must be submitted for approval by the <br />grantee Drior to any line item overage. Minor line item adjustments necessary <br />to reconcile the budget with final actual expenditures within subpart A and/or <br />subpart B may be initiated without prior approval within 45 days of contract <br />termination. Budget adjnstments may not be made from one subpart to another. <br />However, in no event shall administrative expenditures in subpart A exceed the <br />9% maximum available for administrative costs. Further, no less than 40% o_~f <br />total contract expenditures on subpart..A, less administration and liability <br />insurance, must be for materials installed on units required under this <br />contract. <br /> <br /> Part I, Section 16: Aqreements in Excess of $100,000. - All applicable <br />standards, orders, or requirements issued under Section 306 of the Clear Air <br />Act (42 U.S.C. 1857(h), Section 508 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1368), <br />Executive Order 11738, and Environmental Protection Agency regulations (40 CFR <br />Part 15). <br /> <br /> Part ~II, Section 5: schedule of ImDlementation. The Contractor agrees <br />that a minimum of 52 dwelling units are to be weatherized during the <br />grant period defined in Part I, section 3. In addition, the contractor agrees <br />that if the rate of completion of weatherized units falls to a level that will <br />prevent the contractor from utilizing the full amount of funds provided under <br />this contract, then the contractor will notify the Grantee of such a situation <br />and allow the renegotiation of the contract to a funding level consistent with <br />the Contractor's current rate of production.
