A 21-inch effluent pipe will convey the trea!ed wastewater to the Rocky River.
While discharge modeling has determined that reaeration of the effluent is not
required, the discharge line will be stepped in drop manholes to provide
additional aeration to the effluent as an additional low cost reaeration step. A
disoh~rte header with effluent por~s will be laid perpendicular to shore
extending into Rocky River to diffuse the effluent.
