[~I~(~ <br />Environmental Health Services Section <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />Distribution of Food And Lodging Funds <br /> <br /> The second distribution of funds collected by the Food and Lodging Fees <br />Collection Program are now being offered to Cabarrus County Health Department. <br /> <br /> According to records provided by your department, we have computed your <br />compliance with mandated inspections, and find that the overall compliance rate for <br />your county is 100.0%. This compliance rate allows us to offer you an additional <br />$2,088.38 in funds from the state. If your records indicate a different compliance <br />rate, please let me know by March 23, 1992. <br /> <br /> In order to claim these funds, please complete budget pages, and submit them <br />to Jobnsie Rob~nuon, Pur-h-ae and. Contr~ct Section, P~t Off~ Box 2~68~, ~e!gh, <br />No~ ~lina 27611-~68Y by ~ 31t 1992. <br /> <br /> There will be a third and final distribution of funds to those counties which <br />have 100% complL~nce with the mandatory inspection requirements.
