I would like to request a dele- <br />tion in Article II, Section 3 (b). The last sentence reads: <br />"The collar or harness, with attached tag, must be worn at all <br />times except as provided by Article I, Section 12 (d) of this <br />ordinance." <br /> <br />Since there is no Article I, Section 12 (d) of the Cabarrus <br />County Animal Control Ordinance, I would like to delete the <br />part that says" . . except as provided by Article I, Section <br />12 (d) of this ordinance." <br /> <br /> <br />
