~XHIBIT A TO WATER LINES INSTRUMENT <br /> <br /> The term "Water Lines" as used in the foregoing Water Lines <br />Instrument shall mean: <br /> <br /> 1. Ail water pipe and appurtenances (including, but not <br />limited to, valves, joints, fire hydrants, manholes and manhole <br />covers, reducers, and meters, if any) located within the <br />subdivision known as "Old South," beginning at the "feeder cut-off <br />valve" under the intersection of Roberta Road (now or formerly <br />State Road ~1304) and Farmwood Boulevard (now or formerly State <br />Road #1541), and continuing to the "feeder cut-off valve" under the <br />intersection of Farmwood Boulevard and Woodcrest Drive (now or <br />formerly State Road #1542), including such pipe and appurtenances <br />under the full length of the rights of way for Saddlewood Circle <br />(now or formerly State Road #1572), Plantation Place (now or <br />formerly State Road #1559), Woodcrest Drive (now or formerly State <br />Road #1542), and Old South Court. <br /> <br /> 2. Ail water pipe and appurtenances (including, but not <br />limited to, valves, joints, fire hydrants, manholes and manhole <br />covers, reducers, and meters, if any) located within the <br />subdivision known as "Carolando," beginning at the feeder cut-off <br />valve under the right of way of Carolando Drive (now or formerly <br />State Road #1547) near the intersection of Pitts School Road (now <br />or formerly State Road #1305), and continuing throughout all of the <br />Carolando subdivision, including such pipe and appurtenances under <br />the full length of the rights of way for Carolando Drive, Monarch <br />Court, Glen Haven Drive (now or formerly State Road #1557), <br />Wrangler Drive (now or formerly State Road #1558), Ranchway Drive <br />(now or formerly State Road #1566), Coddle Creek Drive, Granada <br />Drive, Amarillo Drive, Alamo Drive, and Laramie Road, and <br />continuing beyond the cul de sac at the end of Laramie Road to a <br />point near the creek, said point being approximately 800 feet more <br />or less from the bend in the pipe at the intersection of Amarillo <br />Drive and Laramie Road (such property between the end of Laramie <br />Road and the point near the creek being subject to that Right-of- <br />Way Easement recorded at Book 595, Page 002 of the Cabarrus County <br />Public Registry), together with additional pipe and appurtenances <br />under that portion of the right of way of Shenandoah Drive (now or <br />formerly State Road ~1562) running from the intersection of <br />Ranchway Drive and Shenandoah Drive to the intersection of <br />Shenandoah Drive and Artdale Road (now or formerly State Road <br />~1563), and continuing under the right of way of Artdale Road <br />approximately 2000 feet to the end of the pipe. <br /> <br /> 3. The plans and specifications and as-built construction <br />drawings for all of the above, together with such manufacturer's <br />warranties, maintenance contracts, and the like, with respect to <br />all of the above as are currently in force, if any. <br /> <br /> <br />
