officers and two members of the Advisory Board. The <br />Executive Committee may meet between sessions of the <br />Advisory Board as many times as necessary in order to <br />insure the efficient operation of the Board. Actions of <br />the Executive Committee must be reported at the next <br />regular meeting of the Board and are subject to revision <br />or reversal by the Advisory Board. Meetings of the <br />Executive Committee may be called at the discretion of <br />the chairman of the Advisory Board, three-fifths of the <br />membership of the Executive Committee of the Advisory <br />Board, or the Director of the Department of Aging. <br /> <br />Se <br /> <br />The chairman, with concurrence of the Executive <br />Committee, shall appoint committee chairmen and members <br />of each committee.
