Community service providers shall have procedures governing <br />the evaluation of bids for services and procedures through which bidders and contracted <br />providers may appeal or dispute a decision made by the community service provider. <br /> <br />An annual independent audit which meets the requirements of the Division of Aging <br />Program Audit Guide for Aging Services, applicable Notlh C_.zrolina 6eneraJ Statutes and <br />Local Government Commission requiremenLs, and Q~/]~ Circular A-128 or 133 shall be <br />performed.
