Section 3. Penalties <br /> <br /> t. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance <br />shall be issued a citation pursuant to N.C.G.S. Subsection 15A-302. <br />A violation shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable <br />by a fine of not more than $500.00, or imprisonment not exceeding <br />30 days, or both. (N.C.G.S. 153A-123 and 14-4) <br /> <br /> 2. This ordinance may be enforced by any other appropriate <br />remedy authorized by N.C.G.S. 153A-123. <br /> <br />Section 4.
