North Carolina 28026-0707 <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Carpenter: <br /> <br />Please accept this letter as our formal request, made under the Freedom of <br />Information Act, to inspect all documents related to the airport litigation between <br />Cabarrus County and the City of Concord. <br /> <br />Since the aforementioned litigation for which this information was gathered was <br />settled out of court, it is our understanding that the board can release this <br />information through the FOI Act.
