(7) <br />shredded; <br /> <br /> (8) <br /> (9) <br /> <br />Tires; unless they have been halved or <br /> <br />Used oil; <br />White goods; <br />(10) Yard trash. <br /> <br />The following wastes may be accepted on a conditional <br /> <br />basis only [state regulations require that these wastes receive <br />special treatment before they are placed in a landfill]: <br /> <br /> (1) Asbestos; <br /> (2) Barrels; <br /> (3) Sludges; <br /> <br /> Conditionally acceptable wastes may be disposed of in <br />accordance with Department regulations and policies promulgated by <br />the county engineer and adopted by the board. Generators of <br />conditionally acceptable waste shall obtain prior approval from the <br />landfill administrator at least three (3) working days before <br />transporting conditionally approved wastes to the landfill. <br /> <br /> D. No person may loiter or rummage about the landfill or <br />remove articles therefrom. <br /> <br /> E. No person may deposit material at any point in the <br />landfill except where indicated by authorized employees of the <br />landfill or by official signs. <br /> <br /> F. No person may discharge firearms, fireworks, or explosives <br />on landfill property. <br /> <br /> G. The maximum allowable speed of vehicles at the landfill is <br />ten (10) miles an hours. <br /> <br />Section V. Source Separation and Recycling <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br /> <br />
